Our complete control room design service
Doing the Homework

Before even the first concept is put to paper, Mauell completes a throrough application study to analyze and gain a complete understanding of control room usage and requirements relative to the operating environment. During this process, Mauell interviews key personnel including control room operators and managers. Working closely with each client, Mauell establishes specific project goals, generates an approximate budgetary, and defines general spatial limitations.
Concept to Schematic
Our control room designers are experts at turning concepts into detailed schematics. In this phase of the project, our design drafters and engineers give detail to system hardware, spatial positioning, and ergonomic considerations. This level of the design proposal includes: construction details, ancillary system design, establishing lighting placement, flooring layout, electrical loading/placement, and more.
Realistic 3D Rendering Technology
Sometimes you have to see it, to really understand it. With the Allegiance Design Program Mauell takes visualization to the next level. Our skilled staff uses state-of-the-art technology to build a virtual 3-D walk through of the control room project. The renderings layout spatial and visual design parameters including lighting design making the visuals realistically close to what the actual room will look like.
